Our Mission

The Mankato Area Soccer Officials Association develops and supports capable, committed referees who serve and enhance the game. MASOA recruits, trains, and assigns referees for the benefit of organized soccer programs in the region. MASOA members promote fair play, healthy competition, and positive values on and off the field.
